The list of conditions treated at Function Co. is never ending. Primarily, the focus is on any ache or pain that limits you from fully participating in the activities and exercises you love.
Whether that's neck pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, lack of mobility, back pain, disc issues, poor posture, plantar fasciitis, poor balance, weakness in your ankles, core, or glutes, or you're simply looking for a reset and TLC for your body.
In addition to the physical conditions treated, anxiety, stress, and depression benefit greatly from increased physical activity and acupuncture. Both work to increase endorphins and inhibit pain receptors in the brain.
If you have a specific question on your symptoms or condition please feel free to email or call the office.

It's about more than just your spine
When many people hear ‘chiropractor’ they tend to think we only treat back pain, but that is far from the truth.
Chiropractors are trained to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions as well as aid in mental health conditions.
Since nothing in the body works alone, nothing in the body should be treated alone. How you're feeling and functioning physically plays a large role on how you're feeling and functioning mentally, and vice versa.
At Function Co., we treat both, together.

Commonly asked questions
HOW LONG IS AN AVERAGE VISIT?
Depending on the services you need, you can expect your appointment lasting anywhere from 30 minutes- 60 minutes.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO BE ADJUSTED?
This is the burning question that can only truly be answered after your initial appointment. However, in my practice, you will not need 3 appointments a week and I will not need to see you every week for the rest of your life. My goal is to determine the root cause, efficiently address and correct the cause, and give you all the tools you need to continue moving and feeling great!
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
Adjustments, acupuncture, cupping, dynamic stretching, IASTM, functional exercises.
DOES ACUPUNCTURE HURT?
Not a bit! As opposed to the larger, hollow needles used for hots, the needles I use for acupuncture are about the diameter of 3 human hairs. You barely feel them! Many of my patients are shocked at how relaxed they get from being stuck by needles.
DO YOU PARTICIPATE WITH MY INSURANCE?
My goal is to ALWAYS be 100% transparent with you. With that being said I do not participate with insurance companies. Insurance is a tricky game that limits the quality of care I am able to provide you.
Not participating allows me to tailor your treatment specifically to what YOU NEED and not what an insurance company says I'm allowed to do. ie. some insurances won't cover an adjustment and cupping/ soft tissue work/ acupuncture in the same day even though that may be the best thing for you.
Both your care and your treatment plan are always a reflection of what you need to achieve your goals as efficiently as possible. Depending on the services you need, I spend between 30-60 minutes with you. One-on-one. You won't be passed on to an assistant, you won't be doing the same 3 exercises in the waiting room before every appointment, you won't sit with a heating pack for 10 minutes alone after your appointment, it's just you and me for the duration of your appointment working on you. I spend a lot of time with you as to understand fully what YOU need and to provide you with the best possible care.
Your investment in your health and working with me covers not only your visits, but unlimited emails and phone calls directly to me (not to an answering service), your at home exercise plan and subsequent progressions of it, and education on ways to prevent injury from recurring.
For your treatments, HSA/FSA cards and credit cards are accepted. Upon request we can provide you with your superbills to which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
